Since we were kids, we have been told that we have to eat fruits because they are good for our health. Then we continue living with our fast food meals and completely forget about including fruits in our diet.

The different colors of fruits are not only for pleasing our eyes but our health as well. Different colors of fruits mean a variety of minerals, nutrients and antioxidants they contain. Tons of vitamins A, C and E can found in red, orange and yellow colored fruits and vegetables.
